Overview

Orbiter is the Time troop that copies enchantments given to adjacent troops. Patch 31 also made it receive enchantments when a neighbouring troop arrives with pre-applied enchantments, such as those supplied by Brutal. The important relationship is between Orbiter and an eligible neighbouring troop, not between Orbiter and every buff anywhere in the kingdom.

Follow the actual trigger

An enchantment applied to an adjacent troop is the documented trigger. A generic stat increase from a building is not necessarily an enchantment, and a tower is not a troop. Keep those distinctions when assembling a support chain. The catalogue separates card type, trigger and beneficiary so that similar wording does not conceal a different operation.

Patch 31 expands this to placing a troop that already carries enchantments. That is why an older demonstration can understate Orbiter's current options. Conversely, the change does not say every pre-applied effect on every kind of plot is copied. Use the exact troop and enchantment wording.

Place the feeder troop deliberately

Reserve a position next to Orbiter for the troop that will receive the enchantment cards. That recipient still needs a useful combat role. A feeder that can defend or deal damage is easier to justify than a plot occupied only to demonstrate a copy trigger.

Before layering additional supports, apply one known enchantment and inspect both troop tooltips. Confirm the neighbour received the stack and that Orbiter copied it. This checks the relationship in the current run without assuming that the final combined attack or HP can be computed from an old screenshot.

Compare Orbiter with Amplifier

Amplifier passes buffs it receives to adjacent targets. Orbiter's named mechanic concerns enchantments arriving on neighbouring troops. They may participate in a shared Time support plan, but they are not interchangeable mirrors. Draw the direction of each relationship: what receives the initial effect, what triggers a copy, and what receives the output.

Library supplies enchantment growth to an eligible neighbouring troop. Its selection and chance mechanics must still be considered before treating it as an exact feed rate. A library-supported diagram is a candidate relationship, not proof of an automatic infinite outcome.

What remains unknown

Patch 31 changed Orbiter's pre-enchantment interaction and the Destructive perk. This database does not publish a current base damage table, a per-recipient modifier calculation or a measured build win rate. The current game tooltip remains necessary when evaluating a specific perk loadout and troop level.
